History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gifted student he started as a Slave Trader, but he got bored and became a Spy. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and sabotage a competitor
