History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. After a long history of fighting, Koeth and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'7". He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and his gloved hand is found clutching a bastard sword. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker black hat.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Being a Apothecary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
