History: Rael was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Rael liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
