History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Rolen was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Armorer. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Through the years after Naal was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Naal's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Naal and his spouse have recently divorced.
