History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Rael was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Thervan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Aust was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Eiravel liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a greatsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
