History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
