Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: Efferil was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears bulky brown painted plate armor. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is afraid of men and trembles around them

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thervan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thervan. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Uthemar embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. Being a Carpenter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
