History: He was born in a small island village. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Gifted from a young age, Heian studied abroad. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: The child of a Marshal, who enjoyed hunting, Lamlis was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born in the west to a Sage, Lamlis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Sage and found it very stressful. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and wants a kiss
