History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Lamlis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content
