The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the south to a Tanner, Naal learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miner.
