A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: The child of a Fortune-teller, who enjoyed hunting, Dayereth was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Thervan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. A true patriot, Arannis would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Arannis reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

History: He was born in a small plains village. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Erdan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Erdan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Erdan. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he has decided he is irredeemable
