History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Nim learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
