When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Marshal. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he's looking for his big break

History: Naill lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
