History: The child of a Junk Dealer, who enjoyed hunting, Raer was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp.
