History: He was born in the west. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Being a Jeweler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born in the west. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
