Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fortune-teller. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Varis was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Description: Standing 5'4", this man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has wavy golden hair. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Through the years after Arannis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Arannis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.
