Personality: Arannis speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Arannis hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Arannis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
