History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Efferil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. He tends to his Ploughman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
