History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Uthemar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
