History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When Nutae reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region.
