History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Bellfounder. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
