History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Brewer.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His red leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. The war was a terrible time for him, and Arannis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Arannis reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To be a Barrister again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
