History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a Mercenary, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Heian took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He bought a dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
