History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently the stress of being a Roofer has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Paelias's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Thervan was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Knight. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Erevan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to unite with his sister
