Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. The war was a terrible time for him, and Vanuath does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and doesn't want to be a priest and was forced into it by his family

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly halberds and clubs. His brown hair is braided into rings. His eyes are brown.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He wears his black hair down. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aerdeth does not often speak of it. History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
