Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Varis was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Varis decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Himo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
