History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Laucian took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Laucian was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has never given up on his painting dream.

His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
