Description: This dark-skinned male wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a shortspear on his belt. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Paelias was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bounty Hunter. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.
