Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Naill alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Unemployed who has hired him part-time. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Mindartis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. His first spouse was a Stableman, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. After a long history of fighting, Theren and his spouse have recently divorced.
