Carrie's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: 4'11" and muscular, this southern man wears a white collared shirt and tan pants. He accessorizes with a yellow scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He has silver hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. A true patriot, Uthemar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
