Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: Heian was born with his mother's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
