His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lucan grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Lucan took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Naeris was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern
