Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Aramil is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aramil was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aelar grew up listening to his father's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Ahvain was born with his father's beautiful face. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and doesn't want to be a sailor and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aust does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Scribe, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and doesn't want to be a scribe and was forced into it by his family
