History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Beggar. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult.

Efferil abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now mingles about in high society.
