Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born in a small plains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Varis took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'10" and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Soveliss speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Soveliss is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Soveliss was born the youngest of three triplets. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. His red hair is singed and shortened. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and regain custody of his son
