History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Lucan took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has achieved small success as a Beggar.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Mayor. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.
