Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Heian was born with his father's beautiful face. Heian was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fortune-teller. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things
