Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ahvain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ahvain grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ahvain. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Laborer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
