Description: An older man who wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with blue lining and desert motifs, he is not a threatening figure. His black hair is cut short. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Raer was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Ahvain lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and his religion dominates his actions

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
