He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Apothecary. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Apothecary responsibilities is difficult; and an old rival family wants him found

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Navigator. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Suhnae was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
