Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Hadarai will drive conversation. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Hadarai hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has achieved small success as a Shepherd.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
