History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Uthemar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Theren was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Theren's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
