He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a Navigator, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Koeth was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.
