History: He comes from a rich western family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: Rael speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Mortician profession.

History: Born in the west to a Performer, Rael learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Mortician, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
