Azaki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Azaki. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Varis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
