History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He became a Miller soon after.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
