He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Actor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Lucan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Lucan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region.
