History: Fivin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. History: Caeldrim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

History: Born in the west to a Guard, Adran learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Peren lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
