History: Mindartis hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
