History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fletcher. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Eiravel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born in the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a green vest and prefers black and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His long blonde hair reaches down to his waist. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adran grew up listening to his father's many stories. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
